Swing Stage

For high-rise buildings, especially those over 300-feet high, a swing stage is the best window cleaning solution. Your building may already have a permanent swing stage built onto the roof. If it doesn't, Solar Window Cleaning offers modular swing stages that we can rig ourselves.

The platforms on these mobile scaffolds are about 15 metres long, allowing access to several windows at once for a speedier clean.

Permanent swing stage is suspended from a large motor that resembles a locomotive. The motor moves around the roof on a rail system to a drop location where workers are lowered to commence work.

Prioritizing safety, the swing stage requires a minimum of two people at all times. Swing stages are more technical and mechanical than other window cleaning methods, but for professionally trained operators, they are safe and efficient.
